Processing & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends, in case of custom orders if we have the fabric on stock - 7-14 days. If we need to source the fabric upon our request it may be longer depending how long does the fabric take to arrive. We will keep you updated about the status of your order, you will receive an email when the fabric arrived (if applicable), when it is ready and also one with your tracking number once it was dropped of at the post office.
Can I downgrade my delivery fee?
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which also includes insurance in case the parcel gets lost. You can downgrade the delivery free if you wish to on your own responsibility.
Where are your clothes made?
All of our clothes are made in the UK. We are based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
I'm local, can I pick up my order?
Yes, please contact us to arrange date and time. Please keep it in mind that both of us have day jobs and families however we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago but it haven't arrived yet.
Please contact us immediately so we can look into it.
Fit
I have a chunky/ long/skinny child. Would your items fit well?
If you are not sure about our sizing please contact us with your child measurements and we can customise the size of your custom order.
I have an older child and would like to order matching outfits? Is that feasable?
Yes, depending on the item you would like to order. Please contact us with your questions and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We use cloth nappies, does your items fit?
Most of our products fit cloth bums, we don't recommend the leggings due to their slimmer fit.
