Neil is a young boy who likes to scream “whee!” with excitement when he’s at the playground. Neil develops a love of flying. As he gets older, he learns how to fly aircraft that will take him on many different adventures. Even though he is now a grown up, Neil still excitedly screams “whee!” as he gets to fly all the way to the Moon!

About the Author


 Arron is a dad of 4 - 3 girls and a boy. Arron lives in Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire.  

He is a chemist by education, fire safety consultant by trade and has a never-ending interest in natural sciences and space exploration.  

He wrote this book to make the history of the Moon Landing more child-friendly and to share his passion regarding space exploration with his kids.

This is a lovely mixture of story and science...or flight. Neil starts out as an ordinary boy, young readers will easily identify with. After all, almost every child loves the playground. As he follows his dreams, learns how to fly and soon goes even further, inspiration shoots free with him. The work needed to achieve dreams is as present as the knowledge that dreams can be achieved.
